I liked it all: The lovely ebb 'n' flow between inside and outside was really beautiful. The gentleness and kindness was felt through every part of the retreat from the guidance to the food. This really offered a beautiful holding space for me Loved the outdoor guidance so lovely to reconnect with it again. ....
