A nourishing and uplifting series of guided mindfulness meditation classes every week.

About our Classes

We continue to offer classes every week, online and in-person.

The choice is yours:

Mondays 7.30am.  ONLINE.  Begin your day and week with a guided mindfulness session. I guide some gentle mindful movement and a focused mindfulness attention training practice to wake us up and help us to move into the day and week with awareness, intention and kindness. When we practice anchoring and steadying the attention to a familiar place in the body, we can return to this internal refuge through the week whenever needed. 

Fridays 8.30pm ONLINE & IN-PERSON.  Close the day and week with a guided mindfulness session of soothing mindful movement and a lying down mindful body scan practice: honouring the body, the impact of the day and week, taking soothing care of tensions and opening up to the peace and ease that still lies within.

These sessions are open to all – whether you are new to mindfulness or simply wish to add a guided session with others to your practice. Each week a theme is presented briefly, with poetry and time to share experiences or ask questions about practice. As you wish. 


You choose

€10 per week or €35 per 4 week block.

€30 per month when signing up for 6 month subscription that includes access to audio recordings of the weekly practices.

You are free to join single classes or come to as many as you can each week.

Advance booking for both onsite and online is essential.

Drop In ... and rest in being ...

These classes are open to everyone, beginners and returners, who wish to ‘drop-in’ to being for an hour or so.  What we practice grows stronger and though we may ‘know’ we gain from regular meditation and mindfulness practice, practising with the support of a certified teacher and group of like-minded beings helps us to stay connected with a practice that is best for us in each moment. 

In these classes, we practice on a theme each week and from a selection of core mindfulness meditations of focus awareness, body scan, breath awareness, attitudinal practices, walking meditation and gentle mindful stretching/movement.   There will be space for reflections and questions to support your practice.

Additional Information

Onsite places are limited to ensure we can meet in line with public health guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further details on COVID-19 adjustments are available at the Flourish Movement Studio Website and are confirmed when places are booked with me. Feel free to get in touch and ask questions too.

Many of us may not be able to attend in-person classes at the moment and these sessions offer a way we can still stay connected right now. Though we may be practising ‘physical distancing’, we can learn new skills and find new ways to meet together and support each other.

The online classes will be held using a free videoconferencing application. To receive the link to the session you need to register using the booking form in advance and then you will receive the link to the class. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before class times.

Classes are ongoing each week and you can sign up for a week or a month of classes.
