Mindfulness for Balanced Living

In this session we reflect on how we are spending our time and we learn how we can choose what we do; and how we act in ways that nourish ourselves and others around us, everyday.  We explore what really matters to us and what helps us to keep making choices that support our health, well-being and success, in the midst of the torrent of busyness. We learn that each moment is an opportunity to start again, to let go of judgements, regrets and guilts and move towards what matters to us in living well.
